SEO is a dirty word for most part within the world of blogging.

This is primarily because of splogs and other nastiness. However SEO has a good side too.

SEO is about optimal design.

Optimal design means that you make it as easy as possible for search engines to "spider" your site. You make it easy for engines and users to find thier way about and most importantly you make it clear what connects to what.

Somehow while the most basic parts of this come easy the rest is often beyond our reach.
